WHAT YOONIV DOES
Yooniv Graduate Careers is a free and independent resource aimed at the top university students in the UK. The unique feature is a database of videos from recruiters. Watching a video is a refreshing and informative way for students to learn about an organisation.
The website is also a platform for students and recruiters to communicate effectively and directly to each other. There is a searchable calendar which lists recruiter events on campus, as well as a forum where students and recruiters can raise and discuss issues.
WHAT YOONIV DOES NOT
Yooniv does not gather information from students such as CVs and sell them to companies. Yooniv does not match students with employers and take a commission. Yooniv is an open-source application which relies on its user community to create content from which everybody can benefit.
