Yooniv is staffed by voluntary workers.
 

The project was set up in 2007 by Georges Sokol, an Oxford graduate with experience in organising university careers fairs and managing IT projects within the graduate recruitment sector.
 

Marketing is run by Arvind Devalia who has worked with Google, and has corporate experience with Shell, BP, NatWest Bank, and Danone. He has been involved in online marketing campaigns and was a guest speaker at the National Graduate Recruitment Exhibition in June 2006.


Brian Taylor, also an Oxford alumnus, joins the team as a part-time consultant.
